The Custom Program Design Experience is a personalized, live coaching process created for individuals who want clarity, structure, and direction that actually fits their life. This is not a pre-recorded course or a one-size-fits-all program. Every element is shaped through live conversation, reflection, and discernment. After completing an intake questionnaire, you will meet with the coach for an initial consultation to discuss your goals, current challenges, and desired outcomes. Together, we will explore the type of support that best aligns with your season. This may include personal development, financial organization, or foundational business coaching, such as clarifying your business idea, identifying your target audience, and creating a simple, sustainable structure. This experience is intentionally flexible. You may choose a values-based approach or request a biblically integrated framework that includes prayer and Scripture used selectively and only when relevant to your goals. Faith-based elements are always optional and never assumed. All sessions are conducted live, either virtually or by phone. There is no automated curriculum. Meeting frequency, duration, pricing, and overall program length are discussed collaboratively and agreed upon before moving forward. If you choose to continue beyond the initial consultation, personalized reflection or homework exercises may be assigned based on your goals and conversations. These exercises are designed to support growth without overwhelm. This experience is not therapy or crisis support. It is a trauma-informed, structured, and relational coaching process for individuals ready to move forward with clarity and intention. Rates are established through mutual agreement based on the client’s needs and chosen services and may be adjusted as the program permits to support flexibility.
